Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

Allison offers Vinyasa and Yin for all levels. The practice is grounded and fluid, with an emphasis on breath and connection. Allison's style of teaching takes you on a journey to connect Soul, Body and Mind. Each practice is designed to fit the individual or group, from first time beginner to advanced practitioners. Allison also specializes in yoga with trauma survivors, PTS and anxiety. Allison designs practices that are aimed to balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, release stored trauma from the body and pave new physiological and neurological pathways. As we connect breath, movement and awareness, we allow our bodies natural self-organizing process to occur.

Allison taught at Sonic Yoga in New York City, Align Yoga in Brooklyn. Bhakti Yoga Shala in Los Angeles, BODY of Santa Fe and was the resident yoga teacher for the Santa Fe Opera. Allison completed module 1 of her Kundalini Yoga Therapy Certification, and certification from the Trauma Center with David Emerson, Yoga for Trauma. Allison currently teaches with Down Under Yoga School.
